Homeowners are encouraged to submit water samples for testing, whether for routine quality checks or specific concerns.
Cannabis home growers in Connecticut can also submit cannabis samples for analysis.
Hemp growers, producers, or retailers are welcome to submit samples in person or by mail.

How do you get my sample? Do I mail it, drop it off or schedule a pick up?
The method for submitting your sample depends on the type of sample.
Food samples can be dropped off or mailed.
Water samples may also be dropped off or mailed, depending on the tests required.
Cannabis samples (for homegrowers) must comply with State regulations and can only be dropped off in person. Samples must originate from within the State of Connecticut.
Cannabis samples (for licensed growers) must comply with State regulations and needs to be collected by a laboratory employee.
Hemp samples, which contain low levels of THC, can be dropped off or mailed.

How long does it take to get results?
